about
A diddly about Crog & Poppy's adoration
lyrics
There once was a hobbit that came from the south
Made her way west, the cross country route
Introduced as Poppy, the new lass in town
To explore her new passion on foreign grounds
Close to the coast, trying to make the most
Venturing where the falcons float
A new chapter in life, a new page to read
Her life carried by the shivering breeze
All was swell as time did tell
She liked some folk but others not as well
Maybe she pondered she did not fit in
But others recognized the bright soul within
Put her heart and soul in the hustle and grind
The tribulations grew her mind
As strong as she was, she’ll keep voyaging on
She roamed all she could, and drank all the hops
A strange phenomenon then plagued the world
Chaos was imminent, minds would swirl
O poor Poppy experienced it all
She couldn’t take it no more she wanted to bawl
She had enough of this wretched place
Too many folk, limited space
Confined in her void no where to go
Emotions grew stronger of her home
Felt so lost and out of her mind
Had to stay away from all mankind
She kept asking herself the question why?!
No answers were there, to give her peace of mind
Onwards she goes in a blank state
Going along with what might be her fate
Such distress has been faced
How could she overcome such pain?
Then along came the path to trek to the rock
She found some solace in which she had sought
It seemed it be good to keep her on
In good spirits for however long
There was King Crog who was glad to be back
On his island with the rest of his lads
It wasn’t like the past but the feeling is grand
For everyone to be on the rock again
It was then and there in a flash of a light¬¬
A bright little hobbit that caught his eye
How could an orc have feelings so strong
But he would not rest until she had her enthralled
Crog had some slush and he thought
To quench Poppys thirst so she would lust
It seemed to work as she did¬ blush
At the end of the night, in his cave they did mush
So from there and out, they kept having fun
Two lost pieces that fit into one
Journeyed together through all parts of the land
Even with mayhem, they forgot all the bad
Time stood still and there seemed no end
No care in the world, their minds would blend
Their trivial lives didn’t matter at all
Feeling so high, in each other they fall
But as the world turns, reality struck
Hit them like a troll under the ruck
They said goodbye, but hopefully for not long
Their feelings were hurt but not their love
With all of their strength they will do all they can
To feel each other in their essence again
They knew in their hearts the time that they spent
Crog & Poppy’s love is immaculate
